Site Safety Training (SST) Second Compliance Date has been pushed back to December 1, 2019
For the purposes of the June 1, 2019 training deadline, an OSHA 30 card or a Limited SST Card will serve as acceptable proof that a worker has received the aforementioned training.
The Training Institute of Site Safety's March 28th Seminar on recent updates to NYC Local Law 196
NYC DOB Buildings University just released the Site Safety Training (SST) Table of DOB-Approved Course Equivalents. The table lists which existing worker and license courses can be used as credits towards a Site Safety Training (SST) course.
Local Law 196 of 2017- Workers will need a minimum of 30 hours of training and supervisors will need 62 hours of training by June 1, 2019. In addition, workers will need an additional 10 hours of training by September 1, 2020. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR SITE SAFETY TRAINING (SST) COURSES
